Low noise, sturdy construction, proprietary anti-static lubricant, smooth feel. Reduced shaft wobble, tin-plated solder terminals. 250K is commonly used with single-coil pickups. It transfers more high-frequency content to ground, giving a slightly warmer tone than 500K potentiometers.
