Men's Snow Boots Outdoor Waterproof Fishing Winter Warm Ankle Boots for Men Plus Size Thick Sole Non-slip

Hello, I have sent you back by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt a pair of ankle boots in size 43, (Too small), on May 27th last (Collissimo), for an exchange with a pair of the same boots in size 44, and since then I am surprised not to have heard from you: an e-mail with information(s) would please me. cordially PS: You can optionally reimburse me for them. I have included a letter in the package with all my contact details.

The insole slips in the right shoe, otherwise everything is fine

The boots themselves are size 43, but the insole is size forty-two. I ordered the tape measure on Joom specifically to avoid differences in centimeters, and I always use it now for measurements. As a result, the boots press on my son's toe.
