Interestingly written: twenty pieces of gel pens, but came 1 (one!) at the price of twenty! Did I probably misunderstand this? Or are they scamming naive buyers?

Instead of 20 pens, 10 pcs arrived. And the description says a pen with a needle tip, but simple ones arrived.
