Wrong version received — I ordered the English version with an English plug, an egg-boiling attachment, and an extra strainer. Instead, I received the Chinese version: Chinese plug, no egg attachment, only one strainer. 3. Feels misleading — either the seller misleads customers on purpose, or the staff simply doesn’t read the orders carefully. Either way, this is unacceptable. 4. Build quality — very poor. The bottom plate moves, there are no rubber feet, and the materials feel cheap. In our country, we jokingly call such items “Mickey Mouse kettles.” 5. Price vs. quality — I paid €39.41, but the kettle is not worth even half that price. Its real value is no more than €15. Final rating: 2 out of 5. Very disappointed and will try to request a refund.
