I received the product. Today, July 4, 2022. The engine does not start. The top lid does not close tightly on the bowl. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I contacted the support service from JOOM and informed them about defects. I will return this product and ask for the money back. The food processor is not working TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS PRODUCT. 😡😡😡
