I already replied to your email informing that the pot does not perform all the programs listed in the inspection. The reason I gave instructions to the bank to cancel the payment, I tried to speak with customer support but could not. When the pot arrived, I realized it did not have an instruction manual in Portuguese. I asked for help to translate it into Portuguese. When we saw that it does not have all the programs described as in the presentation at the time of purchase.
