Insert the tube into the bulb. Squeeze the bulb to expel air and immerse the end of the pipe in warm water (98.6ºF or less). Alternatively, use with a mixed enema. Slowly release the pressure on the bulb and fill with water. Lubricate the tube. Position: For use in the bathtub, lean back with your knees up. For use on the toilet, sit on the toilet and lean forward slightly. Insert the tube into the rectum at a comfortable depth, no further than the buttocks. Slowly squeeze the bulb to release the solution. If stomach cramps occur, reduce the pressure on the bulb. Cleaning and Storage:

Separate the tube from the bulb. Wash the components with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shake the rinsed components, avoiding contact with water, and allow to air dry. Caution Store in a cool, dry place, away from hot surfaces and sharp tools.
