To clean the inner surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and rub up and down several times. Brush for 2 minutes, brushing one quadrant at a time (upper right/upper left, lower right/lower left) for 30 seconds each quadrant. Brush twice a day (or as directed by your dentist or doctor).
