How to Use: Reusable therapeutic hot & cold pack for general aches, pains, swelling and bruising. Pack is designed to maintain therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes. Cold Therapy - Keep frozen for 4 hours or more. Heat Therapy - Mix thoroughly in microwave for the time indicated below to allow color to change, test pack before use. Heat for an additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached.
