Brass Hose Connectors: The quick-release brass hose connectors are suitable for 1/2" DN15 hoses (16mm OD, 12mm ID). The brass connector is better than the plastic connector, it is not a plastic clamp, but a metal ball bearing. This means that when engaging the two parts, you need to pull back the "release cover", insert, then release the cover, and finally you will have a good connection.
