Not what I expected very thin metal

Practical skimmer spoon. Its oval shape takes up less space in the storage drawer. This is a revisited version because in vintage years, an oval-shaped strainer utensil already existed. The stainless steel is of good quality. The handle could be thicker for more comfortable handling, but overall a very nice object to have in your kitchen.

The spoon is excellent. I expected the holes to be smaller. I skim fat from cooled broth. And the droplets of solidified fat can be very small.

The colander is a bit bigger than I planned to use. It will find its use in the kitchen.
