The package was delivered on time, the product matches the description, but the package contains only 1 pc out of the 2 ordered. Whose fault is it? Where is the second vest? I'll just leave this here, maybe someone will contact... One star is a lot.

As described but a bit stiffer than I expected. Sufficient freedom of movement for canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding. It gives me a safe feeling to go out alone.
