At first I thought this was a brilliant product until I took it out for a ride.The scooter shuts down when the battery is on 71% & it will not start until the scooter is fully charged.remember this scooter is very heavy and not easy to Push especially uphill. Trying to contact customer service is like pulling teeth they do not reply to any of my messages so please don't expect a quick response regarding any issues or concerns you may have.
