[Device details] This device uses a tool with certain specifications to cut and penetrate the paint film, and basically evaluates the adhesion effect of the paint film by dividing the completed graphics into six stages. 1. 【Product parameters】Designed according to ISO2409-1992 standard, suitable for BS3900 E6/ASTM D3359. Cutting mark spacing: 1mm*11, 1.5mm*11, 2mm*11, 3mm*7. Cutting length: 20-35mm. ***The magnifying glass will be shipped randomly in two colors, old and new. The old one is dark blue, the new one is light blue. If you are concerned about this, please order carefully.
[Scope of application] Applicable to adhesion strength of thermal sprayed products, electroplated product surfaces, and adhesion strength between primer and surface coating. It can be used not only in laboratories but also in crosshatch adhesion measurement of organic paints under various conditions at construction sites.
Method: Pull the specimen with a uniform force, in a balanced manner without vibration, at a cutting speed of 20-50mm/s. Rotate the specimen by 90° and repeat the above operation to cut out the lattice pattern.
