Packed well. Opens easily. Smells Amazing. There's balm in the little jars😂😂😂. Haven't tried it yet.
These took about 5 weeks to UK, although with customs, post etc it can delay things, not sellers fault. Brilliant product, much better than the ones sold in the UK, but absolutely tiny. They are so small that every time I give one to someone or show them, I am usually vetting "Awwwww, they're so cute" as the first response. Ideal for popping in a purse, car, bag etc. The containers are tiny tins. Really handy and really cute, love them.
Parcel came slightly damaged with some of the product coating the inside of the packaging. Did manage to salvage what was left in the container itself though. Has a pleasant smell and seems to work fairly well.
Had to pay a customs charge for each item ordered from Joom. For this item, the customs charge was 5 times the amount of the actual product.
Have used this product before and found it wonderful for headaches macular pains bites and sprains.wonderful product allround. Thank you.
