Kerasys Protein Cream Dyeing (Natural Black)

The only dye I've tried that hasn't caused an allergic reaction. Relatively short waiting time between application and washing (2 stages, but each only 10 mins). Coverage of grey hair is fairly good, not excellent. Need to reapply after 7 shampoos (ie 7 days), so doesn't last long. Expensive product.

They sell it with Jisoo's image but they sent me the Karina version. I feel scammed. On top of that, if I want to return it, they tell me I have to pay for the shipping. What a lack of professionalism. It's the first time I've bought from Joom and it will certainly be the last.
