1. Mobile Phone Control:
A. Instructions for The Use of for Android Mobile APP: The software only supports the use of for Android 5.0 and systems above. During the installation, it will apply for location services. Please agree and turn on location services. This user manual corresponds to software version 1.0, and different versions may be slightly different. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest software for a better user experience.
B. Instructions for Use of for iPhone Mobile APP: The software only supports for iPhone 9.0 and systems above. The first time the software connects to Bluetooth, it will access Bluetooth. Please agree to access. This manual corresponds to software version 1.0, and different versions may be slightly different. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest software for a better user experience. You can get the latest software from the for iPhone Store, and the for iPhone software version corresponding to the current manual is 1.0.
2. Wiring:
A. Self Powered Wiring Mode: If the voltage range of the battery under test is between 10120V, the self powered wiring can be used. First, turn the power supply selection interface switch to 2W, and then connect the positive terminal of the battery to the interface Vsns of power supply , this line does not need to be particularly thick, 12.5mm2 lines can be used, be careful not to connect the positive terminal of the battery incorrectly. The negative terminal of the battery is connected to the screw marked with the battery GND marks on the sampler. The negative ple of the charger and the negative pole of the load are connected to another screw of the sampler together. It is better to use a copper standoff to wire it firmly. When charging, the current colour on the mobile phone APP is green, and the remaining capacity value increases. When discharging, the current colour is sky blue, and the remaining capacity value decreases.
B. External Power Supply Wiring Method: The voltage range of external power supply measurement is 0120V. First, turn the power supply selection interface switch to 3W, connect the positive pole of the external power supply to the power supply interface VEXT, and the negative pole of the external power supply to GND. Then connect the positive terminal of the battery to the measurement interface Vsns in the power supply interface when wiring. Be careful not to connect the positive and negative poles of the external power supply incorrectly or in reverse. The negative terminal of the battery is connected to the screw marked with the battery GND marks on the sampler, and the negative pole of the charger and the negative pole of the load are connected to another screw of the sampler together. The current colour is green, the remaining capacity value increases, and the current colour is sky blue during discharge, and the remaining capacity value decreases.
C. Connection Method of External Power Supply to Relay: The working power of the relay is provided by the external power supply. If the relay is connected, an external power supply with the same working voltage as the relay must be provided. Connect the control ports of the relay to the OUT and VEXT of the output control of the measurement module respectively, connect the positive pole of the external power supply to the VEXT of the Output Control, and the negative pole of the external power supply to GND. Be careful not to connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery and external power supply wrongly or reversely. When the relay is closed, the indicator light will be on, and it will be off as a prompt when it is disconnected. The negative terminal of the battery is connected to the screw marked with the battery GND marks on the sampler.
