Living Room Chandelier Invisible Ceiling Fan Lamp Light Luxury Starlight Fan Lamp

The lamp is very nice, unfortunately the remote control does not work. The lamp can be turned on and off, and the fan too. However, the dimming function does not work. I need a new remote control, or possibly a remote control and receiver - I want to buy one dedicated to this model. I wrote to the provided email address, but I did not receive a response.
