This is a genuine new "old stock" Knipex tool, specifically made for crimping high density D-Sub pins. However, I purchased it rather for its precisely made jaws, featuring a round-shaped insulation crimping part, and will be using it without the original contact locator. Definitely recommending the seller and will purchase more items from them in the future.
