It fit a waist of 95-100, the size on the package was written XL, the fabric is matte, not shiny, thin, cheap fabric quality, there is a petticoat, but it looks better in the promo photos. For this price, I bought a wide one with beautiful fabric from another manufacturer. It was suitable for travel.
