Terrible support, what they provide on the website is not a valid invoice, and there is no way on the website that we can make contact to question. I need a valid invoice with NIF, as I am buying as a company, and it needs VAT exemption. Thanks.

The item arrived with the tape torn. The package was undamaged so I believe it was packed like that. I wrote about the complaint but contact is difficult.
