The item doesn't warm at all to transform the milk to yogurt as product claimed doing. After 6 hours of plugged in position, it did not warmed enough to make the yogurt and the milk got spoiled. Also, the plug is not European and the trans plug which comes with it doesn't match our outlet, so Ihad to buy a new trans. It took a long time to receive it and still doesn't do the job after all waste of this time; I do not recommend this product at all cause it's waste of time and money. Pls advise how proceed with refund.
