*Type: 26cm pot
*Included: Comes with a convenient steamer that allows you to cook two dishes at the same time.
*The gold knob on the black lid is made of brass, and the silver knob on the colored lid is made of nickel.
*Because the surface is rough (black matte enamel processing), oil absorbs easily and prevents burning.
*Excellent heat conduction and heat retention.
*Can be used in the oven.
*Compatible with gas stoves, IH (100v, 200v), sheathed heaters, halogen heaters, ovens, and dishwashers.
*Since staub products are handmade, there may be uneven coloring, air bubbles, and small protrusions. Also, there are some marks on the back of the lid that look like the paint has peeled off, but this is due to the manufacturing process and is not a defect.
■About handling■
*Please be sure to use silicone, plastic, or wooden cookware. Metal tools will damage enamel.
*Buttons and handles may come loose with each use. Check the tightness of the screws from time to time.
*Do not store the product in a state that is not completely dry, such as immediately after washing.
*Avoid storing in a steamy place in the kitchen.
*Avoid using metal brushes or coarse abrasives.
*Cannot be used in the microwave.
*Please remove all labels and wash before use.
*Be sure to use pot holders as the handles will get hot.
■How to care■
First, wash it with hot water.
After that, dry it over low heat and apply a little vegetable oil to the inside of the pan.
Heat again for a few minutes over low heat, then wipe off excess oil with a cloth or kitchen paper.
The oil soaks into the pores of the enamel, making the surface naturally smooth.
Please perform the above maintenance from time to time.
