It was too small

Hello, I ordered trekking shoes in which the base is a suitable sole. In the photos, the sole is completely different. I am sending photos. In these shoes that I received, it's scary to walk on wet asphalt, let alone anything else. I think the product in the photo is deliberately different, which misleads the buyer. The size is too small. On the packaging, i.e., the foil, it says 38, but there is no size on the shoes anywhere. So I'm not sure if these shoes measure 38. I measured them with others and they look like size 36 or maybe 37.
