Product Instructions: Chocolate Chip Breastfeeding Cookies 2 dozen servings1/2 cup melted grass-fed butter (I stick)3/4 cup packed brown sugar1 large egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup oat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 salt /2 teaspoons ground flax2 tablespoons oat mama brewer's yeast1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips1/2 cup chopped roasted almondsDirections1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.2. Mix the flour, ground flax, brewer's yeast, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.3. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Mix well until the eggs come together.4. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and flax and beat in the brewer's yeast. Add chocolate chips and almonds and stir. 5. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and place on cookie sheets, spaced 1 inch apart. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden. Let it cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
