How to Use
1. Apply once along the eyeliner and blend the eyeshadow over the entire eyelid with your finger.
2. Apply once to the double eyelid and blend slightly. This creates a darker color than in step 1.
3. Apply once to the edge of the eye as if drawing an eyeliner. Leave on until it adheres without blending.
Steps 1-3 complete the gradation!
