I received the package in extremely poor condition, with the box severely bent. Upon opening it to inspect the contents, I found the plastic packaging broken, several parts scattered, and the tank’s on/off button broken and missing. When handling the tank, a loose broken piece can be heard moving inside. Furthermore, even after fully charging the battery, the tank does not function at all. This item was purchased as a Christmas gift, and due to its condition, it has completely ruined the purpose of the purchase. Receiving a defective product at this time is unacceptable. I therefore request a full refund, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. Please inform me as soon as possible of the next steps to resolve this issue. I have attached photos/videos as evidence of the damage.
