I purchased the Smartwatch QW33 and it is no longer functional. When powered on, the device only shows three yellow bars that repeat endlessly (boot loop). I have attempted several methods to start and reset the watch: Fully discharged the battery, then charged for 2–3 hours – watch did not start. Hard reset (holding power button 10–15 seconds) – watch shows the three bars again. Fully discharged battery again, charged 2–3 hours, then briefly pressed power button – boot loop persists. The watch can only communicate via Bluetooth, so firmware cannot be reinstalled via cable. The device is completely unusable, and I request a refund or replacement.
I like this product very much. It has a business style. I use it for daily work. It is very good. The outer shell is also very tough and made of good material. I am satisfied with it.
