It was too large

Ordered for the second time. The first one arrived sewn crookedly, the collar was asymmetrical, but the right size. This one is sewn evenly, but a size larger than stated and is too big for me, and the fabric here is worse, rustles more and has a cheaper shine. I'm not having luck with these raincoats, I'm done trying. A stupid lottery with a very delayed result. 2 out of 2, both misses.

The raincoat is wonderful, just as and where I wanted. Only the smell is terrible, but I think it will air out by the season.
