This pair of ankle boots doesn't fit me. It's very uncomfortable, I can't see myself walking in it at all. I wanted to return them and get a refund, they ask to send them to CHINA, it's absurd, it will cost me more than the price of the pair of ankle boots. Impossible to write to customer service to get another solution ... the email address we were exchanging on no longer accepts messages now... as if by chance... First and last order on this site 😡😡😡😡😡

I got shoes that are too small and it's not known how to return them. There are instructions online, but when I want to return them, it's not possible. I received instructions, but they were single-use and got lost.
