I want to return these , but Joom won't help with almost anything. I write multiple times to provide address and shipping cost and even now I do not have this information. These insoles will change the temperature settings when are put in boots. That's happening because the on/off switch will easily pressed when they are inserted in boots. In the ads photos are presented a different system, see photos 2,6,10. I do not know which fault it is, but Joom should sell what is presented in the ad!
