Was acquired for a Xmas present in december Completely froze! Tried all the suggestions online To no avail! Probably over the 30 days refund, I hope not as I will take the matter further. It's was purchased for my husband as I have cancer and tumours on the brain I wanted it for him for future use if I was no longer here, I thought it was a good price as we are pensioners Not happy.
