Dear Joom Support Team, I am writing to submit a complaint regarding a Nike pair of pants that I ordered separately and to request a return with a full refund. I already own the same pants in yellow, size L, which fit me very well. Therefore, I ordered the same pants in black, also in size L. However, the black pants are clearly smaller and do not fit properly. As shown in the attached photos: • The waist and legs are noticeably tighter. • The leg length is significantly shorter. • The sizing does not match the yellow version of the same product. Because the item does not correspond to the stated size, I would like to return the pants and receive a full refund. Please let me know how to proceed with the return and refund process. Gorgeous pants! In real life they are wider than in the photo, but somewhat cropped. The packaging says they are also flared at the bottom, but I honestly didn't notice that. The only downside is that they are thin, although they say tech fleece is warm, so we're waiting for the cold weather :)
