I ordered size L (for our 46). The shirt itself has size M on it, while the packaging says L. It's somewhat unclear. Most likely it's size M, the shirt runs small. It didn't fit me, it was small. If you like it looser, choose 2 sizes up. Now I don't know how to return it, it seems problematic. But otherwise, the shirt is not bad for the money.
