Unfortunately it is not Keemun. The Keemun tea has a very specific taste and flavor, but the package of tea that I received had nothing to do with Keemun, indeed did not show even a shade of the Keemun taste or flavor. It does taste like a Chinese tea, and of not of totally bad sort, but it is definitely not Keemun tea.
