Use a pea-sized amount of the gel on a toothbrush
Gently brush or massage the gel onto the teeth and gums in a circular motion
Allow the gel to sit on the teeth and gums for a minute or two, or as directed by the healthcare provider

Use twice a day, or as directed by the healthcare provider
