There is no USB device in the package. This is very bad. Because of this, I give it a three. I received it and there is nothing to charge it with. My chargers don't fit. I need to go to the store and buy the right one. Very inconvenient. For this money, it could have been included. There is also no case. Definitely, I will not buy such a product on Joom again.
