Please assemble the product according to the instructions.
Make sure to place the solar panel in direct sunlight. Once exposed to full sunlight, it will start working quickly.
If it doesn't work, make sure the solar panel is not blocked by other objects. If there are stains on the solar panel, it should be cleaned as soon as possible.
When the pump is just put into the water, there may be insufficient water volume due to the air in the pump. It is recommended to wait for the pump to spray water normally before connecting the nozzle.
It is a solar direct-drive water pump without an external battery. The height of the water spray depends entirely on the strength of the sunlight. When the sunlight is weak, the water pump will not work continuously but will automatically start repeatedly. It will work normally until the sunlight reaches a certain intensity.
Always keep the pump below the water surface. It may not operate out of water.
Make sure the filter inlet at the bottom is free of debris. Change the water regularly to prevent the pump from clogging.
