Gentle, neat, you have to use it carefully so as not to get tangled. For my thin hair, usually one elastic band is not enough, I tie a simple one under them, and this one is for beauty. The material is shiny, at the same time I ordered a bun-chignon, so the chignon looks more natural. But considering that the strand goes in a thin strip, just above the ponytail, it looks normal, it does not catch the eye
