They refunded part of the money, but for the price the product should arrive perfect and not with the box very dented. I wish they had protected it better inside and thus there would be no disappointments. At least, the lightstick worked well.

The package arrived very well but I had to wait more than a month and a half, it was really long for a lightstick but at least it arrived in good condition and the bluetooth works very well. Thanks Joom!
