Now and never will I buy anything from this site again. The company is from Latvia and any problem related to the order is very difficult to solve. They are very frivolous, and they lack a bit of professionalism. Delayed delivery, return even slower... for 10 days I have been struggling to contact someone so that I can return the product. I want the same material on the front to be used on the back. The second material is much too weak and will wear out very quickly. Returning the product seems very difficult, you have to send pictures/videos to show them the quality of the material... the strange condition... and then pictures with the delivery dates... well, this is already in the system... All these conditions are just to waste time, and to drive customers to exasperation and keep the product. I have been waiting for 10 days for someone to contact me to give me the address where to send the product...

Too bad!!! It was the wrong size and I received no response to my three emails. Actually, I just wanted to exchange it and get the right size, that can all happen. But no reaction and then found out by chance that it is China again and no return is possible :( Serious???? I don't know.. At least not at all customer-friendly and very disappointing for our porch swing .

I expected much more from this product, the size was right and the color matched, but the padding is quite non-existent, it's as if it wasn't there. It feels like sitting directly on the springs of the swing. I'm really sorry.
