I've known about this balm for a long time 🤩.. It really helps when applied to a bruised area, to a sprained ligament.. And the whole body, not specifically the arms or legs.. Before going to bed, apply a small amount of it to the soft tissue bruise and cover it with a plastic bag or something similar 😊 In the morning, most often, the entire bruise has practically disappeared 🙏😉 Therefore. I recommend this balm ❤️
