I'm really sorry. The device received is damaged. Broken box. How do I proceed? Is it possible to replace it with the same product? I really want this device.

For the price it has, it does its job well, cheap plastic, equally cheap construction, but for the price of the product you don't have higher expectations, so it's worth the money

The product arrived packed in a film that prevents damage from impacts, the box is intact. But the vacuum cleaner does not have all functions. It creates a vacuum and seals the packaging. But the function of simply sealing the package does not work in it. Which causes a lot of inconvenience when packing fruits and berries because it is impossible to create a vacuum for such products, they flow.

Doesn't vacuumize, sucks air poorly or doesn't suck air at all, works intermittently, one hook for holding bags constantly pops out. As a result, after several uses, it stopped vacuumizing completely, triggers by itself, even when you don't touch it. Did not like the product very much.

Small, lightweight, powerful. Turns out well if the film is laid correctly. The cord is short, the buttons wobble, the plug is EU, ours. Thank you. Overall, satisfied, recommend for purchase.

The product arrived in poor packaging, some plastics are broken and that's probably why it doesn't work properly. I want to return it but I don't know how.
