Good shape, transparent, glue is strong, no irritation on lips but could feel the glue for a while in the morning But the serious issue is that it is so hard to separate from the paper, it took me 4 attempts to get the tape from the paper.

The first evening I applied the tape, and in the morning I couldn’t find it. I hope I didn’t swallow it. Ha ha. But the next night the strip passed the test. In the morning I just removed it from my mouth. So I recommend it, especially since snoring provokes headaches...
