Very beautiful ring 💍 topaz stone. But why did I pay 11€ in customs? ?? IT WAS NOT ACCURATE ANYWHERE . Can I get the €11 refunded directly to my account? . Thank you to you joom and sellers . I recommend it because it is superb, really pretty.

The ring is crooked. The stone hangs askew when you wear the ring. And then the answer from support would be exactly as advertised. And beware, I also had 10.19 euros in customs duties on top of that

it's beautiful, only that you have to pay customs duty PLN 28.50 A bit surprised. Fits the middle finger with a slight slack.

Received in 6.5 instead of 6, but it's ok. Part against the customs fees of 11€ in addition, that is not planned. See with customer service
