Corduroy Jacket with Lantern Sleeves

Never thought a Chinese size M would be so big... maybe it was a mistake and they sent me a larger size, but it was way too big for an M size( I am 90-67-93 and 166cm I was sure that size M would be fine... that's why there are 2 possibilities, either the size M is way bigger than described, or they sent me a larger size.
