Recipe : Kloay Kaak 1. Dissolve contents of this packet with 6 tablespoons (70-80 ml) cold water. Mix thoroughly. 2. Prepare 4 under-ripe bananas. Slice a banana into 4 pieces lengthwise. 3. Heat 1/2 cup (120 ml) of vegetable oil in a small skillet. Bring to medium heat (175"C or 350"F). 4. Coat sliced banana pieces in batter thoroughly. Place into hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. 5. Rest the fried banana on kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil. Serve while hot.
