Product looked well package, unfortunately now that I'm trying it ... :( it doesn't work. I tried plugging it in different spots but no luck. How can I get my refund? Joom issued a refund credit which I received today for the broken set. And for that reason I'm changing my review back to 5 stars. Great customer service. I will shop for a second one since I wanted 2 to begin with. Thank you

just perfect !! The order arrived in a month, beautifully packaged, everything works perfectly. The remote control requires a battery to operate and works if it is close to the power supply! There are 8 different remotes on the remote control, the brightness can also be changed depending on your preferences. I am extremely pleased with the order placed. I recommend with confidence!

I have not had a chance to try it out as yet. It was nicely packed so it should work fine.......
