The product arrived very late. It is dry inside. It cannot be used. How can I get my money back?

The first time a good product arrived. I ordered it a second time - it arrived expired, so it doesn’t work. Why do you send expired goods to people, especially regular customers?
The goods came intact, well packaged. The jar is small in size, the statement is thick as glue, without a sharp smell. I liked it.
It removes in just 5 minutes and is much more delicate than the removers that I used before.
I gave it 1 star because I haven't used it yet. But the jar is very small! (((
