When opened parcel plugged in the.item (earphones) went on.youtube listened to. A music vid but cud only hear one so did not relise there was only one wire connected.. Somehow it's.been damaged.just want the same again same earphones.... Please I'll take pic.ect. Cheap item very good for cost. Deleverys take a while but turn up decent.... Would recomemd and.do recommend... Justnot all.parcles go right the first time pair of earphones with only one attached...so.i.wud.like.a.defund.to.buy another tbis has.been some time.now ... Please help

They sound nice (NOT super bass or noise reduction 😂😂) on the music but with the volume at maximum, on the call, the interlocutor hears you well but you hear it very slowly (with the maximum volume from the phone but also from the volume of the headphones). Se aud binișor ( NU super bass sau noise reduction 😂😂 ) pe muzică dar cu volumul la maxim, la apel, interlocutorul te aude bine dar tu îl auzi foarte încet (cu volumul dat la maxim din telefon dar și din volumul căștilor).

Better than expected for the price paid. They are insanely loud but the attached volume slider helps to mitigate that. They hold quite well in place. They have no noise cancellation whatsoever, making them an Ideal wired alternative for jogging, but not ideal for those who uses earphones to detach from the busy world. Either way, they are worth having them.
